Before, a group of 13 women trace the patterns onto plain white fabric, and apply melted wax within the outline.
Then, the fabric are dyeing, treating, de-waxing and hanging to sun, and finally sewing.

Fruit bowl – chocolate

The base of this fruit bowl is made of clay with a border of grass sewn.
The bowls are made using pottery traditional techniques. The local clay is prepared by hand before being wrapped in organic bases, then baked in an open oven and finally, the woven grass is sewn by women in the southern region of Lavumisa in Swaziland. Traditional basket weaving skills have been adapted to create this unique fusion of local materials.
This bowl can be placed on a furniture, like decoration.
Echarpe Kokeb -bleu / kaki
Très belle écharpe en soie et coton éthiopien, faite à la main en Éthiopie, selon un procédé de fabrication traditionnel ancestrale. En effet, le coton est filé en un fil fin, une technique qui se pratique de moins en moins avec l’augmentation des biens produits en masse en Ethiopie. Ensuite, le foulard est tissé sur de grands métiers à tisser, avant d’être coloré par un moyen de coloration naturel.

Original salière et poivrier fait entièrement à la main. Le contenant en sisal et petit pots en argile avec les petites cuillères en bois apporteront une touche naturelle et chaude à votre table.
Entretient : rincer à l’eau claire les cuillères en bois, et essuyer avec un chiffon humide les petits bols en argile.
